The Gozney Dome XL Gen 2.0 Mantel gives you more comfort and control from your oven. This mantle extends the mouth of the oven, not only protecting it from direct heat but also improving airflow. This allows you to achieve more consistent temperatures in the oven and makes turning pizzas and other dishes much easier.

The casing also helps keep out wind and drafts, limiting heat loss and making the oven work more efficiently. This means you use less fuel and your oven maintains its temperature faster, even during intensive use.

Crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the Mantel is robust, durable, and resistant to high temperatures. Its clever design makes it fully compatible with the Dome XL (Gen 2) and easy to install or remove, depending on your cooking style.
