The Dome Gen 2.0 XL is 90% larger than the standard Dome. This dual-fuel model combines wood-fired cooking with gas, ideal for those looking for maximum capacity and flexibility.
Thanks to the extra cooking space, you can bake up to three pizzas at once. This makes the XL version perfect for large families, parties, or avid pizza and BBQ enthusiasts.
Despite its larger size, the oven reaches temperatures of up to 500°C in 30–35 minutes. This allows you to prepare Neapolitan pizzas in 60–90 seconds and provides sufficient heat for bread, meat, and vegetables.
