Ideal for roasting meat, adding a rich wood-smoke flavor to dishes, or for low-and-slow cooking with charcoal.

The kit includes a robust wood rack made of heavy-duty stainless steel and a USB-C rechargeable battery that's interchangeable with the thermometer's display. The wood rack keeps the wood off the stone surface, optimizing airflow and giving you a more powerful flame and improved performance. This allows you to enjoy cleaner combustion and greater heat efficiency.

Boost Mode lets you easily stoke the fire when you need more heat or more intense flames. The result: maximum control over airflow and combustion, with minimal effort.

The Wood-Fire Control Kit is compatible with both the Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2). The XL version supports all pizza peels, while the standard Dome version supports 12" and 14" peels.
