This oven is 90% larger than the original Dome, offering the space to bake three pizzas at once or prepare complete dinners for family and friends. However, it is not just about size: every detail has been redesigned for maximum control and restaurant-worthy performance.

The Dome Gen 2.0 XL is equipped with a range of next-gen features that make live-fire cooking easy:
Digital interface with real-time display of air temperature and stone heat

Optional Wood-Fire Control Kit, which allows you to control wood as if it were gas.
Thanks to the hybrid fuel options and specially developed accessories, this oven is much more than a pizza oven – it is a complete outdoor kitchen. Fully pre-assembled and ready for immediate use.

De Gozney Dome XL Gen 2 Bone is de lichte uitvoering van de grootste buitenoven binnen de huidige Gozney serie.
Je kunt één pizza tot 18 inch of drie pizza’s van 10 inch in de oven plaatsen.
Technisch zijn beide uitvoeringen gelijk. Alleen de kleur verschilt.
Ja. Je kunt propaan, hout of houtskool gebruiken. Deze brandstoffen worden afzonderlijk gebruikt.
Nee. De gasbrander mag niet tegelijkertijd met hout of houtskool worden gebruikt.
De oven kan temperaturen rond de 500 °C bereiken.
Reken afhankelijk van brandstof en omstandigheden op ongeveer 30 tot 40 minuten.
De Dome XL Gen 2 heeft een uitneembare cordierietsteen van 30 mm dik.

Ja. De Dome XL Gen 2 kan ook worden gebruikt voor brood, groenten, vlees, vis en bereidingen met geschikt hittebestendig kookgerei.
Ja. De oven heeft geïntegreerde digitale temperatuurweergave en ondersteunt temperatuurprobes.
Nee. Je kunt de oven op een geschikte stevige ondergrond plaatsen. Het officiële onderstel geeft wel een goede werkhoogte en maakt verplaatsen eenvoudiger.
Bij particulier gebruik geldt standaard 2 jaar fabrieksgarantie. Na registratie binnen 60 dagen kan dit worden verlengd tot maximaal 5 jaar.
