The Gozney heat-resistant gloves are designed for intensive use with pizza ovens, kamados, and other live-fire cooking setups. They are made of 100% high-quality suede and feature a soft inner lining, ensuring comfortable wear while offering maximum protection.

The gloves can withstand temperatures up to approximately 500°C and feature an extended cuff that also protects the forearm from heat and flames. Thanks to the roomy fit, you maintain optimal freedom of movement and control, even when working close to the fire.

These gloves are certified for professional use and designed for daily cooking with fire. Ideal for moving cast iron, working with fuel, or operating your pizza oven without compromising on safety or comfort.

The Monolith Avantgarde .66 comes standard with a chip feeder set, split charcoal basket, deflector stones, drip trays, grate lifter, ash shovel, and the Smart Grid System with split grill grates.

A cast iron grate retains heat well and produces beautiful grill marks, but it does require maintenance. Preferably clean the grate while it is still warm with a suitable brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the protective coating.

After cleaning, lightly rub the grate with heat-resistant oil. If rust forms, brush it away and season the grate again. This keeps the cast iron better protected and builds up a natural non-stick coating.

Clean a Monolith plancha while it is still warm. Scrape off baking residue and, if necessary, use a little hot water to remove stubborn residue. Preferably do not use dishwashing liquid, as this can damage the built-up protective layer.

Dry the plancha thoroughly and then rub it thinly with oil. Regular use creates a natural cooking surface, which prevents food from sticking as easily and keeps the plancha better protected against rust.
