The Carousel comes with three baskets and six skewers, and fits perfectly on the LetzQ spit. It is suitable for the Large and XLarge kamados. You can use the Carousel with the baskets, the skewers, or a combination of both.
The skewers can be locked so that the food remains firmly on the skewer and does not rotate. This ensures even cooking and prevents the food from shifting during grilling.
