Met de Vulcano kun je moeiteloos grillen met directe hitte, waardoor vlees snel dichtschroeit en zijn sappen en smaak behoudt terwijl het een knapperig korstje krijgt. Bij indirect grillen functioneert de Kamado met de Vulcano als een oven, waardoor je ingrediënten langzaam en gelijkmatig op lagere temperaturen kunt garen. De Vulcano kan ook dienen als uitstekende wokstandaard: plaats de wokpan op de Vulcano zodra de kolen gloeien. Om een goede luchtstroom te behouden, vul de Vulcano niet tot aan de rand. Gemaakt van hoogwaardig roestvrij staal, is de Vulcano eenvoudig schoon te maken. Deze Vulcano is compatibel met de MEDIUM en COMPACT Kamado.

Soot deposits are easily removed with The Pink Stuff paste. Apply a small amount to a soft cloth or sponge, rub away the deposits, and rinse with water. This will keep the exterior of your Gozney Dome clean and smooth.
