De Angus & Oink Glazed & Confused 350 ml is een BBQ glaze voor liefhebbers die hun gerechten een smaakvolle en kleverige afwerking willen geven. Deze saus is speciaal ontwikkeld voor varkensschouder, spareribs en kip en is ideaal om tijdens de laatste fase van de bereiding een mooie glans en extra smaak toe te voegen.

Gebruik de glaze bijvoorbeeld op spareribs tijdens de laatste 15 tot 30 minuten van het garen. Breng met een kwast een dunne laag aan en laat deze rustig karamelliseren. Ook op kippenvleugels, kippendijen en pulled pork zorgt Glazed & Confused voor een heerlijke afwerking.

Op een kamado barbecue of andere keramische BBQ gebruik je de glaze bij voorkeur met indirecte warmte. Zo voorkom je dat de saus door te hoge temperaturen verbrandt en krijgt hij de tijd om een mooie kleverige laag te vormen.
