NOSKOS the Original Barbecue Sauce is the sauce many BBQ enthusiasts have been waiting for. This sauce was developed by barbecue expert NOSKOS, known for his recipes, workshops, and years of experience on the kamado grill.

The sauce has a rich, sweet flavor with a full, smoky undertone. Perfect as a glaze while grilling, but also delicious as a dipping sauce or topping for dishes like pulled pork, spare ribs, chicken wings, or grilled vegetables.

What sets this sauce apart is its balance of sweet, sour, and umami—ideal for low-and-slow cooking or to give your quickly grilled dishes an extra kick. A true all-rounder for outdoor cooking, it gives your dishes that little something extra. Pairs perfectly with dishes prepared on a ceramic BBQ, smoker, or pellet grill.

Ingredients:
dark brown sugar, sugar, water, apple cider vinegar (SULPHITE), tomato puree, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (SOY), garlic, vinegar, paprika, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), coriander, allspice, oregano, dried glucose syrup, flavouring, colour: caramel, barley malt (GLUTEN), acid (citric acid), flavouring (SOY), fermented sugar, lemon juice, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, spices), onion, natural flavouring, chili, cloves, sunflower oil.
