The Arc features an innovative, side-rolling flame and a specially designed burner that mimics the heat distribution of a traditional wood-fired oven. Thanks to the intuitive flame control, you can bake 12-inch pizzas in 180 seconds or less, without constantly turning.
In about 20 minutes, the oven reaches temperatures of up to 500°C. A Neapolitan pizza is ready in just 60–90 seconds, and you can also prepare other dishes perfectly.
Yes, besides pizza, you can also prepare bread, meat, fish, and vegetables in it. The high temperatures and even heat distribution make the Arc a versatile outdoor oven.
Recommended accessories include a pizza peel, turning peel, and a protective cover. These allow you to work comfortably and optimally protect your oven.
